Apprenticeships are an advantageous arrangement for the company. In addition to easy and trusting integration for both the learner and the employer, the company benefits from a range of subsidies and exemptions that reduce recruitment costs.
Our learners have all obtained a Bac+2 or a Bac+3 and were admitted via a selective recruitment process by a jury of experts in the relevant fields.
Throughout their programs, they will receive an excellent education thanks to the advanced curricula developed by exceptional program directors and teaching teams. They will directly and fully apply their skills within your organization, thanks to our business-oriented apprenticeship schedule.
Our courses start in September, but you have the option to recruit our learners 3 months before the start of the course.

Our apprenticeship schedules are designed to allow students to be deeply involved with their host companies:
- The alternating rhythm of our Bachelor: 3 days of training 1 week out of 2.
- Our MBA alternating schedule: 3 days of training 1 week out of 2.
- The courses offered at Financia Business School award RNCP level 6 and 7 qualifications.
- The contracts for Bachelor learners are for one year, as are those for learners entering MBA2 through parallel admission.
- Contracts for learners following the full MBA 1 and MBA2 cycle are, however, for two years.
- Apprenticeship contracts must align with these durations. This ensures a lasting and trusting relationship with your apprentice, which could lead to a permanent hire after their apprenticeship concludes.
When considering the cost of an Financia apprentice, two main factors come into play: your apprentice's salary and any potential remaining cost related to the training fee. Your apprentice's salary depends on their age and their contract year.
Your OPCO (Opérateur de compétences - Skills Operator) will cover a portion of the training costs. Simply provide them with the diploma code for the relevant qualification to find out the exact amount of coverage and any remaining balance you might need to pay.
You can find out the coverage amounts without contacting your OPCO directly. Simply visit the France Compétences website and enter the relevant diploma code
Recruitment and Contractualization Process We'll introduce you to apprentices who match your requirements and facilitate the connection. If you decide to hire one of our apprentices, we'll then support you in setting up the necessary contracts and documents for your OPCO to cover the costs.
